Securing your reservation 2–3 weeks in advance is advised, particularly during the high season (May–September). For private functions and business gatherings, booking 4–6 weeks prior can ensure availability and allow for personalized experiences.
What are the protocols for unfavorable weather conditions?
Your safety stands as our utmost concern. With unsafe weather predictions, the captain may postpone your yacht charter to another suitable date, or we can process a complete refund. We vigilantly monitor weather updates and will reach out to you if there's any concern about the weather 24 hours before your departure.
May I bring personal food and drinks?
While personal food items and beverages are allowed, we also propose a variety of top-tier catering options tailored to your taste preferences. Be mindful that, for safety purposes, glassware is prohibited on board.
Do you offer yachts that are suitable for individuals with mobility issues?
We are dedicated to accommodating all our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet have better facilities for easy access. To ensure suitability, please address any specific requirements during your reservation, and we'll nominate an appropriate yacht and arrange necessary adjustments.
Could you explain your cancellation terms?
For cancellations made over 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure, a full refund is granted. Cancellations within 24 to 72 hours are partially refunded at 50%. Within 24 hours, reservations are generally non-refundable except in situations of adverse weather or mechanical difficulties on our end.
