By booking a charter or accessing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Service Overview
MarisCommonSport offers a range of high-end yacht charter services, which can include:

- Corporate retreats
- Private events
- Multi-day charters
Availability of all services is dependent on the yacht's availability and the weather conditions. We maintain the right to alter or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To reserve a charter, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide truthful and complete information
- Submit the necessary deposit according to your booking confirmation
- Adhere to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed once payment is made and you receive our confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to decline service at our sole discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charter schedules are subject to vessel availability and appropriate weather conditions. We strive to accommodate your chosen dates and times when possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All pricing is provided in £ and includes all relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are changeable without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the complete charter cost is due at the time of booking
- Balance: Must be paid 48 hours before the charter sets off
- Incidental expenses (if applicable): Due on concluding the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept numerous forms of payment, including major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Our secure and encrypted systems perform all payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- With over 72 hours before departure: A full refund except processing fees
- Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be given
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should the weather be considered risk-laden by our captain, we will suggest either:
- Rescheduling the charter for a later date with no additional charge
- Issuing a complete refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
In case your assigned vessel has mechanical issues, we'll try to provide an appropriate substitute. If substituting is impractical, we will refund you in full.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
Every passenger is required to:
- Comply with instructions given by the crew
- Utilize safety gear when necessitated
- Inform us of any health conditions affecting their safety
- Stay within specified areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are forbidden aboard:
- Glass containers
- Illegal substances
- Firearms or other weapons
- Non-alcoholic drinks in excessive quantities (beyond reasonable consumption)
- Pets (unless predetermined consent is given)
6.3 Conduct
Passenger behavior should be polite and respectful. Charter services may be ended prematurely without reimbursement if passengers behave in a manner that's a safety hazard or disturbs the enjoyment of others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
We limit our liability to the cost paid for your charter and are not accountable for:
- Injuries incurred due to occupant negligence
- Possessions lost or damaged
- Indirect consequences or punitive damages
- Delays related to weather or other factors outside our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our vessels and operations are covered by comprehensive marine insurance. Nonetheless, passengers should ensure they have their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our provided charter services indicates your recognition of the inherent dangers involved in marine activities and your acceptance of personal responsibility for your safety and welfare.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We maintain the right to alter itineraries, courses, or timetables due to weather considerations, safety needs, or operational demands. All efforts will be made to provide similar substitute experiences.
9. Force Majeure
We assume no liability for postponements, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe meteorological conditions
- Natural catastrophes
- Regulatory directives
- Closure of ports
- Equipment breakdowns
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection and usage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy when utilizing our services.
11. Intellectual Property
Our website's content, comprised of text, visuals, logos, and images, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark protections. Unauthorized replication, distribution, or derivative work creation is prohibited without our written consent.
